Purified
Our purified water goes through a 5-stage purification process.
- Sediment: Sediments above 5 microns are removed through the sediment filter.
- Minerals & Chemicals: The first carbon filter removes organics, pesticides, chlorine, trihalomethanes, and trichlorethylenes. Calcium and Magnesium are removed via a water softener treatment.
- Reverse Osmosis: Reverse osmosis is the heart of the system. Water pressure is raised and forced through a semi-permeable membrane removing contaminants and other residue.
- Ozone: Water is circulated through a second carbon filter, then ozone (nature's disinfectant) is injected into the water giving water that fresh clean taste.
- UV Light: Exposure to ultraviolet light sterilizes the water to keep it sparkling clean and bacteria free.
Alkaline
Our alkaline water goes through the same process, except we add 2 stages.
- Trace Minerals: Thirteen trace minerals are added to the water raising the pH to 9.2 - 9.5
- Additional Ozone & UV Stage: The alkaline water then goes through an additional Ozone and UV stage to ensure freshness and sterilization.

Do you only offer purified & alkaline water?
No, we also offer distilled water, deionized water, 1/2 liter purified water by the case, and a wide selection of bottles, dispensers, accessories, snacks and seasonings.
How is your water tested?
The Water Shop staff tests the total dissolved solids content and the pH of our water daily. We also submit samples weekly to an independent lab for TCEQ (Texas Commission on Environmental Quality) to ensure safe consumption and we are meeting required guidelines for purified water.
Do you also sell bulk water?
Yes, many customers take advantage of our bulk water filling services (only available at the shop),
